Vacancy Description
2x carers are required to assist a young woman to continue to live independently. The role will be based in Crowthorne during weekdays and Sandhurst at the weekends.

You will be helping the woman dress and put on her socks, shoes, trousers and leg splints. You will also be assisting her with household duties such as ironing, hoovering, washing up and shopping as well as other domestic duties. This may include occasional trips outside of her home.

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday- starting between 6am and 8.30 for 30mins - 1hr
Saturday & Sunday- starting between 8am and 9.30am for 30 mins - 1hr

The start times are approximate and can be agreed with the employer in advance. Please indicate the days you would wish to work in your application form.

Candidates must:
Be punctual
Be professional
Maintain a sense of humour and an enthusiastic attitude
Be able to use own initiative and occasionally work unsupervised

Previous experience as a carer/support worker not essential but you must have a willingness to learn and not be deterred by new things. Own transport and driving license preferable but not essential.
